RIP The Nutsey Mirror.

 

It is with great sadness to say that on the 20th November 2011, the large Mirror Carp resident in Nutsey Lake, was found dead. It was one of the most saught after fish in the local area with anglers coming from all over to fish for this one specimen! The Fish was stocked almost 40yrs ago and has reached weights in excess of 52lb.

Newsflash

Nutsey Lake will be closed from 8am on the 30th and 31st of October for working parties.

You will be required to have left the water by 7:30am on the 30th of October and the lake will be reopened from 18:30 the 31st October.

Anyone found to be still on the water at this time will be asked to leave or be required to help with the work to be undertaking.
